Delete Your Sky Vaults Account

You can permanently delete your Sky Vaults Jewellery account through the app or by contacting our support team.

Delete Through the App

  1. 1Open the Sky Vaults Jewellery app and sign in.
  2. 2Go to Account → My Profile → Delete Account.
  3. 3Select a reason for deletion and accept the confirmation.
  4. 4Tap Send Code to receive a 6-digit verification code by email.
  5. 5Enter the code and tap Delete My Account.
  6. 6Tap Delete to confirm.

Your account will be deleted immediately, and you will be signed out from all devices.

You can also do this on the website after signing in: My account → Delete account

Delete Through Support Email

Send an email to info@skyvaults.ae from your registered email address with the subject "Delete My Account".

Once your identity and request are verified, your account will be deleted immediately.

Deleted data

  • Account details and login information
  • Saved addresses, cart, and wishlist
  • Notifications and preferences
  • Linked Google or Apple sign-in information

Retained data

  • Order, invoice, and payment records
  • Product reviews and KYC records, where applicable

Certain records may be retained as required by applicable laws and regulations.

Note: Account deletion is permanent. All pending orders must be delivered or cancelled before deletion.
